About us
We understand that tax and recruitment are daunting necessities. The annual rush to have both finalised is exacerbated by the issue of employing a skilled workforce who comply with B-BBEE standards. Primus offers a turnkey solution for employers. We want to prepare businesses for B-BBEE verification and its tax incentives and empower their workforce with vital skills. We want to assist employers beyond providing them with a willing and able workforce for a calendar year. Through our fully-accredited learnerships, we want to prime business personnel for tomorrow’s challenges and employers with the knowledge of how their tax can reward them.
The company was registered in 2016, although the directors and key delivery staff have been involved in the training and skills development arena since 1990.
Accredited by the manufacturing, engineering and related services SETA (Merseta), Primus offers both full-qualification learnerships and skills programmes across the NQF band levels 1 through 4.
The intellectual capacity of the personnel is rich in diversity and depth with graduates in the trades, business, human resources, accounting, law, project management and psychology, enabling Primus Skills Development to execute successful delivery in the challenging world of skills development.
Our passionate staff are both client- and learner-centric, instilled within them a desire to find customised and innovative solutions to our customers’ expectations and student needs. Primus provides a service offering to clients that allows access to specialised skilled professionals. This project-focused human capital maximises efficient processes during service delivery, allowing clients to focus on their core business whilst engaging in the skills development of employees.
